01 Enrollment & eligibility
Enrollment in a Motion Skool batch is open once seats are confirmed and payment is received. Courses are intended for students aged 16 and older; enrollees under 18 should have a parent or guardian's consent. Providing accurate contact and payment details is your responsibility — we're not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.
Enrollment in a specific batch (such as Batch 4) is limited to the number of seats announced for that batch. We reserve the right to close enrollment early once seats are filled.
02 Payments & fees
- Course fees must be paid in full or according to the installment plan offered at the time of enrollment
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change for future batches
- Payment confirms your seat only once it has been received and verified by our team
- You're responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider
03 Refunds & cancellations
Refund windows and conditions should be confirmed against your actual policy before publishing — the terms below are a starting template.
- Full refund if you cancel before the batch's class materials are released
- Partial refund (minus an administrative fee) if you cancel within the first week of live classes
- No refund once more than one week of classes has been delivered, or once course materials have been fully accessed
- If Motion Skool cancels or postpones a batch, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available batch
04 Course access & conduct
Your enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access class recordings, project files, and course materials for learning purposes. You agree not to:
- Share your login, recordings, or paid materials with anyone outside the batch
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly upload course content
- Harass, discriminate against, or disrupt mentors and fellow students
- Submit plagiarized work as your own for assignments or portfolio review
Violating these rules may result in suspension from the batch without a refund.
05 Intellectual property
All course materials — including videos, slides, project templates, and written content — are owned by Motion Skool or its instructors and licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content commercially without written permission.
06 Student work & client projects
You retain ownership of the original work you create during the course, unless a specific real client project states otherwise at the time it's assigned. Where a batch includes real client briefs, any additional usage rights or confidentiality terms tied to that brief will be shared with you separately before you begin work on it.
By submitting work for feedback or portfolio review, you grant Motion Skool permission to showcase anonymized excerpts of your project (e.g. in marketing materials or student showcases) unless you opt out in writing.
07 Certificates & career support
A certificate of completion is issued to students who meet the attendance and assignment requirements set for their batch. Career support services (such as portfolio review or interview guidance) are offered on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee job placement.
08 Liability & disclaimers
Motion Skool provides courses "as is" and makes no guarantee of specific career or income outcomes from completing a course. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
09 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a batch if you violate these terms, without a refund for the remaining course period. You may withdraw from a batch at any time by notifying us in writing; refunds, if any, follow Section 3.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our courses and policies evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated to currently enrolled students directly.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith discussion first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts or arbitration process available under local law.
