01 Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information created when you use our courses, and a small amount of technical data collected automatically.

02 How we use your information
- To enroll you in a batch, deliver course materials, and track your progress

- To communicate class schedules, updates, and mentor feedback

- To improve our courses, website, and student experience
- To send optional updates about new batches — you can opt out any time
04 Cookies & tracking
Our site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like staying logged in to the student portal) may not work as expected.
05 Data retention
We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as needed to support your certificate, resolve disputes, and meet accounting requirements. Course submissions and portfolio work are kept while your student account is active. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
06 Your rights & choices
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or outdated details
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal or financial record-keeping needs
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message we send

07 Keeping your data safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections and restricted access to student records — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your student account.
08 Children's privacy
Our courses are intended for students aged 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our courses and tools evolve. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify enrolled students directly.
